Rodeo Mexican Kitchen started the way the best meals do — around a crowded table with too much food and not enough chairs. Our founder grew up watching their abuela grind spices by hand and slow-cook meats until they fell apart. That same patience and pride goes into every dish we serve.
We opened our doors in Geneva because this community deserved a place that treats Mexican food the way it's meant to be treated: fresh, honest, and made with love. No shortcuts. No frozen shortcuts.
